Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
Classic Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
★ 500g boneless beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
★ 3 tablespoons butter
★ 4 cloves garlic, minced
★ Salt and black pepper to taste
★ Fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions:
◆ Season the beef cubes generously with salt and black pepper.
◆ Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
◆ Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
